I agree, girls, it can be a challenge to find time together. You I think are ok with that. Being a doctor's wife is difficult, demanding, and lonely. Forty plus years later I met my incredibly wonderful fabulous Mormon husband. If you really like this girl, might want to show her this. Dating a resident is hard - it was hard to realize that I can't come first, or even second, in this relationship right now.
You need to do something interesting and keep her faith up. I believe that marriage and kids is not something that can't be handled, I'm sure that once kids arrive somehow both parents will do whatever it takes to be there for the kids, however I'm also sure that you will be the one most likely to carry the weight a bit more and of course feel it too.
